Over 18 years of experience leading internal audit processes, risk management, and consulting for complex and diverse organizations. For the past 12 years, until joining the firm, she served as the Chief Internal Auditor of “Amitim” – The Senior Pension Funds.
Miri’s experience encompasses, among other things, end-to-end audit leadership, in-depth risk analysis, the design and enhancement of organizational control systems, alongside reviewing and updating procedures and ensuring compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements. All of this is accompanied by ongoing work with senior management, boards of directors, and audit committees, while guiding organizations through complex business, operational, and regulatory issues.
In addition, she has extensive experience in providing consulting services based on deep business and systemic understanding, identification of blind spots, and practical tools for decision-making which fosters long-term business growth.
