Larry has been a Partner at the firm since 2015, and a member of AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) since 2005.

With approximately 30 years of experience as a US CPA, Larry specializes in international taxation. Of these, he gained 12 years of experience as a senior CPA at the “Big Four” accounting firms in the US.

Possessing a deep understanding of the tax treaty between Israel and the US, and in reading and analyzing other tax treaties signed with Israel and the US, Larry is an expert in complex tax planning for individuals (foreign residents, returning residents, new immigrants), companies, and corporations, especially outbound/inbound. He also deals with tax structure planning, consulting, and accompanying Israeli companies wishing to open a branch in the US (outbound), or foreign companies wishing to open a branch in Israel (inbound).

Larry provides comprehensive tax solutions that also include aspects of employers and employees, options, and restricted stock units (RSUs). He also offers special tax advice for pension planning and US citizenship relinquishment.
