Yoav has over 30 years of experience in accounting. Prior to establishing the firm, he was a partner at Brightman Almagor & Partners (Deloitte).

Yoav specializes in a wide range of accounting topics, particularly in accounting, auditing, and international taxation. He is responsible for large audit portfolios and filing financial statements in the public and private sectors, including working with tax authorities, non-profit organizations, public benefit companies, public companies, and international companies operating in Israel.

In addition, Yoav is an expert in formulating strategic plans, providing business opinions with feasibility studies, providing valuations, due diligence, public offerings for companies, and assisting in establishing economic and organizational systems for multinational companies opening branches in Israel. He is experienced in providing services to a wide range of sectors: real estate, tourism, high-tech, industry, and more.
