Ofer is Head of the Audit Department, with extensive experience in auditing and reviewing reports for public bodies and companies, economic companies, and large private companies in the economy. He works with CEOs and non-profit organizations, public companies, high-tech and biotechnology companies, and large commercial companies.
Working on large-scale projects, Ofer provides external, annual, and semi-annual audit services, special audits, royalty audits, and insurance audits. Additionally, he provides accounting advice, professional opinions, and due diligence guidance, as well as ongoing representation before tax authorities.
Ofer is proficient in preparing prospectuses, accompanying and closely advising throughout the process of issuing securities for companies on the Israeli stock exchange and leading stock exchanges worldwide.
