As senior manager in the Relocation Department, Adi is responsible for managing the payroll domain within the department.
Adi has over 17 years of experience in Israeli payroll accounting, in managing complex payroll projects for large multinational companies, and in-depth knowledge of labor laws and local taxes. She is also experienced in integrating and implementing foreign and local payroll structures (including unique in-house programs for benefits, incentives, shares, executive payroll management, etc.), to Israeli tax and legal .requirements and employer payroll needs.
For the past 7 years, Adi has specialized in relocation payroll and the implementation and processing of payroll in Israel for various leading international foreign companies, from the initial stages of establishing an entity in Israel, to a smooth and ongoing monthly payroll processing. In addition, she specializes in payroll consulting and planning for foreign residents coming to work in Israel, and Israelis going to work abroad, as well as building payroll processes for employers with global mobility – with large numbers of employees to and from Israel.
