Danny has been a partner at the firm since 2023, and a member of ICAEW (UK) since 2009. With 20 years of experience, primarily in “Big Four Firms” Danny specializes in assisting large multinational companies and startups with all aspects and considerations of relocation and taxation, including policy creation, payroll management, and program coordination.
In addition, he has extensive experience in cross-border capital considerations such as: Israeli exit tax, options, shares, RSU deduction liabilities, and capital vehicle structures. Danny’s work puts a special focus on residency issues including foreign residents, returning residents, and new immigrants.
Prior to joining the firm as a partner, Danny led the relocation consulting field at the Ernst & Young accounting firm.
