With 20 years of experience, primarily in &#8220;Big Four Firms&#8221; Danny specializes in assisting large multinational companies and startups with all aspects and considerations of relocation and taxation, including policy creation, payroll management, and program coordination.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, he has extensive experience in cross-border capital considerations such as: Israeli exit tax, options, shares, RSU deduction liabilities, and capital vehicle structures.
