Aboulafia Avital Shrensky & Co together with its affiliates (\u201cAboulafia\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cour\u201d, and their cognates) respects the privacy of its clients, vendors, employees, visitors and websites visitors, and is committed to protecting the personal information you may share with us (these and any others with respect to whom we collect personal data, shall collectively be referred to as \u201cclient\u201d, \u201cuser\u201d or \u201cyou\u201d or \u201cData Subjects\u201d).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Aboulafia provides accounting, audit, taxation, advisory, and related services to individuals, companies, and other entities (the \u201cServices\u201d).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

This policy and notice (the \u201cPrivacy Policy\u201d) explains the types of information we collect from you, that we receive about you or that you may provide in the course of your interest in our services, business transactions, or when you visit our sites and websites. For the purposes of Israel\u2019s Protection of Privacy law, EU General Data Protection Regulation (the \u201cGDPR\u201d), the UK Data Protection Act (\u201cUK GDPR\u201d) and other applicable data protection and privacy laws, Aboulafia is typically a data controller (or \u2018business\u2019) in relation to the personal data of our clients and others of whom personal data is provided, prospective clients, employees and sites and website visitors. Where we act as a data processor on behalf of a client, for example, in the provision of accounting services, we process personal data solely on the client\u2019s instructions. In such cases, the client\u2019s privacy policy applies, rather than this Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>

  1. WHICH INFORMATION MAY WE COLLECT?<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    Summary: we collect various categories of personal data in order to meet our contractual obligations, and also to meet various legitimate interests, such as fraud prevention and marketing.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>

    We collect data about you in connection with your transactions with us, or in processing data for our clients. We also collect data about our employees and site visitors. This generally includes your name (first and last), email address, phone number, postal address, position and organization name and other information you may choose to provide to Aboulafia. Additionally, we may obtain location data related to the geographic location of your laptop, mobile device or other digital device on which the Aboulafia website or services are used.<\/span> We also collect data which is publicly available on LinkedIn or other public platforms, websites or databases.<\/span><\/p>

    When you register to our Services, or in the course of your use or interest of our services, you may be asked to provide your full name, government-issued identification number, gender, birthdate, nationality, company, education, marital status, bank account details, emergency contact details, health and insurance details, transactions and any other information required to administer the Services.<\/span><\/p>

    By contacting us or submitting requests for information or support via the Services, website, email etc., Aboulafia will collect details, including also your name, phone number and personal or company email you provided, country and other information provided by you. Aboulafia uses this information to offer Aboulafia\u2019s services and support.<\/span><\/p>

    Aboulafia also collects Personal Data through the use of CCTV cameras and office entrance systems. This may consist of video images of you in the public spaces at Aboulafia sites, as well as records of your entrances and exits of the Aboulafia sites, buildings and office floors. Aboulafia may not be aware of the nature of the information collected through our Services (for example, through our CCTV systems), and such information may include sensitive or special categories of Personal Data, but we do not knowingly collect such data about our employees, site visitors etc.<\/span><\/p>

    You do not have any legal obligation to provide any information to Aboulafia, however, we require certain information in order to perform contracts, or to provide any services. We also collect Personal Data through our CCTV recordings which automatically collect information about your presence in the Aboulafia facilities.       We also collect Personal Data automatically through your use of our website.\u00a0In other words, when you are using our website, we are aware of it and may gather, collect and record the information relating to such usage, either independently or through the help of third-party Services as detailed below.
