Extensive knowledge of the US tax law – both federal and states – and over 15 years’ of experience with international and Israeli taxation, specifically including the Double Tax Treaty between Israel and the USA, and the ability to analyze other treaties signed by Israel and/or the USA. Expert in complex tax planning for individuals (non-residents, returning residents, new immigrants), with a specialty in income from overseas, foreign trusts, tax audits and disclosures.
Planning tax structures for Israeli corporations opening branches in the USA or American corporations opening branches in Israel; giving solutions to the wide-ranging tax issues, and accounting for both employer and employee issues.
